WELCOME PROCEDURE

WELCOME PROCEDURE : 



ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK IN 



 Please contact the manager at least 30 minutes before your arrival in Cannes and then 5 minute before your arrival at the apartment Only via WhatsApp or Message at this number: 📞 +33 (0)6 95 39 20 41  


Calls are not handled; only messages are processed. 


 Please provide ( by Whatsapp or message ) :

  • Your company name

  • Your name 

  • Apartment reference 

  • Apartment address



Then we will notify a concierge to welcome you at the entrance of your building, and we will provide you with:

  • The keys

  • Rental information


Please make sure you have paid the security deposit before your arrival; otherwise, your access will be denied.




DURING THE CONGRESS IN CASE OF AN ISSUE 


During the congress, if you experience any issue in the apartment, please contact us only by message or WhatsApp (phone calls are not handled) and specify:

  • Company name

  • Apartment name or address

  • Type of issue:

• Air conditioning
• Hot water
• Wifi
• Blinds/Shutters
• Keys
• Blocked toilet
• Missing hygiene items



ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK OUT  


  1. Place the exact number of key sets that were given to you on the dining table.

  2. Take a photo of the keys and send it  by what'app or message  to +33 (0) 6 95 39 20 41 with your company name, apartment reference and adress

  3. You may then close the door.


Attention:

  • If no photo is provided, you remain responsible.

  • Any lost key will result in the complete replacement of the door and locking system at your expense
