During the congress, if you experience any issue in the apartment, please contact us only by message or WhatsApp (phone calls are not handled) and specify:

ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK OUT
Place the exact number of key sets that were given to you on the dining table.

You may then close the door.

If no photo is provided, you remain responsible.
Any lost key will result in the complete replacement of the door and locking system at your expense
