Which neighbourhoods should I target for MIPIM?
Stay within roughly three blocks of the Palais des Festivals: the Croisette toward the Martinez, and the parallel Rue d'Antibes, Rue des Serbes and Rue du Commandant André. Croisette-front addresses carry a premium for views and prestige; the parallel streets deliver the same walking distance for 30 to 40 percent less. La Californie, Montfleury and western Cannes add 20 to 40 minutes per round trip and should be avoided for a five-day congress.
How early should I book an apartment for MIPIM Cannes?
