In order to offer you a personalized welcome and guarantee a worry-free arrival, please follow these steps:

1 - Communicate the details of your arrival

Please inform us of the exact day and time of your arrival and departure in Cannes, as well as the number of tenants per apartment. This information will allow us to organize ourselves in the best possible way to welcome you in the best conditions.

2 - Get in touch before your arrival

We ask you to contact u smore than 20 minutes before your arrival in Cannes by message only to :

 the reception phone number: + 33 (0) 6 95 39 20 41 with your name, company , name and address of the apartment, in order to alert one of our concierge to guarantee your welcome at the address of your accommodation. 

3 - Notify of your arrival at the accommodation address

Once you arrive at the address of your accommodation, we ask you to notify us by message on the same number ( the reception phone number: + 33 (0) 6 95 39 20 41 )   to alert one of our concierges to welcome you. 

A waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes is possible in exceptional cases (several arrivals at the same time, traffic etc.) however we ensure that all messages relating to arrivals are followed.

4 - To report a problem in an apartment:

If you need to notice a problem of air conditioning, hot water, electricity, internet, others) or any requests during your stay,

5 - For departures:

We ask you to alert us by message on the reception phone number :  + 33 (0) 6 95 39 20 41 at least 20 minutes before your departure by sending : 

Departure + the name or address of your apartment + a photo of all the keys  on the dining table. 

Be vigilant: All lost keys will be charged and cashed on your bank deposit

6 - For organizational reasons:

- Our teams will only respond by message within 5 to 10 minutes.

Phone calls will not be processed.
