Balance – Forms – Security Deposit - Procedures

Hello,

Your congress in Cannes is approaching, and we are delighted to welcome you.

Please read the steps below to prepare for your arrival under the best conditions.

1️⃣ Payment of Balance

The invoice for the remaining balance has been sent to you by email.
Please verify whether the payment has been made without delay to secure your rental. 

2️⃣ Arrival Form (Check-in)

To ensure a smooth check-in, please complete one form per apartment ( see below )  , indicating your expected arrival dates and times , number of tenants , contact details in the next few days to be registered.

Possible cases:

✔ CASE 1: 1 apartment – 1 person collects the keys
→ Fill out the form for 1 tenant.

✔ CASE 2: 1 apartment – multiple arrivals
→ Indicate the number of expected arrivals.

✔ CASE 3: Multiple apartments – 1 person collects all keys
→ Fill in 1 tenant.
→ Enter “All apartments” in the “Apartment Name” field.

For large groups only , If you’d rather,  you can also send us all details by email, including the following information:

• Apartment name

• Tenant’s name

• Arrival date and time

• Departure date and time

• Tenant’s email address

3️⃣ Key Handover

📍 Key collection address:
Meet at the bottom of your apartment building
Except for CASE 3 : the meeting will be at the requested address 

Our concierge will provide you :

• The keys

• Rental information

⚠ Please contact the manager at least 30 minutes before your arrival in Cannes Only via WhatsApp or Message at this number: 📞 +33 (0)6 95 39 20 41  

Calls are not handled; only messages are processed. 

Please provide ( by Whatsapp or message ) :

• Your company name

• Apartment reference

• Apartment address

4️⃣ Security Deposit

Please pay the security deposit according to the amount indicated on your initial booking invoice

Attention : Do not pay the deposit More than 20 days before your arrival date in advance , otherwise it will be refused.

Note: Security deposit not paid or not paid in full = check-in denied.

5️⃣ Emergency Number

6️⃣ Procedure upon departure:

1. Place the exact number of key sets that were given to you on the dining table.

2. Take a photograph of the keys and send it to +33 (0) 6 95 39 20 41.

3. You may then close the door.

Attention:

• If no photo is provided, you remain responsible.

• Any lost key will result in the complete replacement of the door and locking system at your expense
