Event space / office
In the spring of 2022, this mythical Chateau will reopen its doors after 4 years of renovation that have restored the chateau to its neoclassical splendor.
Built in 1919, this sumptuous property is today a witness of a world-renowned era, thanks to its decorations, ornaments, facades and roofs whose characteristics are specific to the great palaces of the Belle-Époque. Immortalized in Alfred Hitchcock's film The Hand in the Snare (1955) with Cary Grant and Grace Kelly, the Château is a tribute to the glory days of the French Riviera.
This Florentine-style residence offers a surface area of 2820m2 (total surface area with annexes 3868m2) and has 16 rooms. The property is composed of 5 floors but also of an independent penthouse and two cottages. The interior of the Château has been fitted out with the most noble materials. The ballroom, the reception, the office, the dining room can accommodate a total of 200 guests seated. In the basement, you will find everything you need to entertain your guests: a cinema, bowling lanes, a club, arcades, etc.
The gardens of the Château cover 11 hectares and offer a unique 360-degree view of the Bay of Cannes, the Lerins Islands and the snow-capped mountains of the Alps. The Italian garden is a masterpiece of symmetry that inspires calm and romance. The infinity pool, 36 meters long on the south parvis of the Château, stretches out over the Mediterranean to create an infinite blue effect.
In 2018, Chopard used this magnificent setting to host VIP guests for their "Secret Night" during the Cannes Film Festival. With over 110 years of history restored to the highest level of sophistication, the Château is now preparing to host the most exclusive events on the French Riviera.
