We hope you had a pleasant stay in our apartments. To facilitate your departure, we kindly ask you to inform us of your departure date and time.

Please ensure that you leave all the keys on the living room table before you leave.

We also ask that you take a photo of the keys left behind and send it to us via message at +33 6 95 39 20 41.

Please specify in your message the name of your company (if the accommodation was rented by your business), the name of the apartment, and the address.

This procedure will allow us to finalize your rental and release the security deposit, which will be refunded via bank transfer or credit card.

We remind you that it is important to leave all the keys on site. If a key is forgotten or taken, replacement fees will apply.
