The apartments are intended for strictly private use only.

In the event of inviting external guests, it is recommended to comply with the following safety guidelines, in accordance with the regulations applicable in France:

• Appoint a fire safety officer;

• Install fire extinguishers in every room of the apartment;

• Ensure compliance with a reasonable number of guests in each area, in accordance with the regulations in force on the date this email is received;

• Display “No Smoking” signs inside the apartment;

• Display warning signs prohibiting guests from approaching terrace railings and windows;

• Provide and display an evacuation plan indicating the main emergency exit (the apartment entrance door);

• Display emergency contact numbers: 15, 18, and 112;

• Display the police emergency number: 17.
