Please read the steps below to prepare for your arrival under the best conditions.

1. Key Handover

Meet at the bottom of your apartment building

Our concierges will provide you :

• The keys

• Rental information

⚠ Please contact the manager at least 30 minutes before your arrival in Cannes Only via WhatsApp or message   at this number: 📞 +33 (0)6 95 39 20 41  (We do not handle requests by call )

Please provide:

• Your company name

• Apartment reference

• Apartment address

2. Emergency Number

In case of an emergency during the congress:

3.Procedure upon departure:

1. Place the exact number of key sets that were given to you on the dining table.

2. Take a photograph of the keys and send it to +33 (0) 6 95 39 20 41.

3. You may then close the door.

Attention:

• If no photo is provided, you remain responsible.

• Any lost key will result in the complete replacement of the door and locking system at your expense
