Luxury Apartment Rental in Cannes for Datacloud Global Congress
What Is Datacloud Global Congress and Why Does Your Accommodation Matter?
Datacloud Global Congress is the leading event for the data centre, cloud, AI infrastructure and power industries. Held every June at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes, it brings together thousands of senior executives, investors and decision-makers from data centre operators, hyperscalers, private equity firms, utilities and OEMs. Datacloud Global Congress 2027 takes place from 2 to 4 June 2027.
During Datacloud week, Cannes becomes the centre of the global digital infrastructure industry. Between investor meetings, deal-making sessions and the awards ceremony, delegates need a base that keeps pace with a packed schedule. Staying within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals means less time in transit and more time closing deals, and a private space away from the congress floor to prepare for the next meeting.
At Caron Properties, we have been providing congress accommodation in Cannes since 2016. We understand what data centre and cloud infrastructure professionals need during high-stakes congress weeks, and our apartment selection is designed around those requirements.
Our Datacloud Apartments : Location, Comfort and Connectivity
All Caron Properties apartments for Datacloud Global Congress are located within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. Several of our Croisette properties are within 2 to 5 minutes on foot, placing you close to the investor lounges and exhibition floor from the moment you leave.

Each property in our Datacloud portfolio includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels, flexible check-in arrangements and access to our concierge service. Corporate invoicing is available as standard for all congress bookings.
Knowing the congress schedule helps you plan your stay and your meetings with precision.
Datacloud Global Congress 2027 takes place from 2 to 4 June 2027 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, 1 Boulevard de la Croisette, Cannes 06400, France. Organised by BroadGroup, the event brings together senior leaders from the data centre, cloud, AI infrastructure and power sectors, including hyperscalers, investors, utilities and general contractors. The 2026 edition welcomed over 6,000 digital infrastructure leaders, and the Datacloud Global Awards ceremony takes place during congress week.
For planning purposes, we recommend arriving in Cannes on the Tuesday before Datacloud opens. This allows you to settle into your apartment and be ready for the first day of meetings on Wednesday.
